The traditional DCSs (which we are also were making before for more then 9 years) trying to find suitable recommendations for a patient based on the analysis of they health records. Actually they try to answer for the question "What do I have to do next?". This way they put themselves in an opposition to it's user - an experienced clinician, who's obligated by laws to decide and to answer this question.
It was a confusing situation then the software module trying to grab from a human a right to decide, leaving a human with responsibility for it's decision.
